Govad is a one of the young Elders from the divided Hulli race. He belongs to the fun teenage gang lead by Wayra, and unlike some is rather eager to socialize with the technologically advanced other part of Hulli, the so called Improved (or the Degenerates as Elders call them). And he'd really love a cool flying motorbike of his own, even though he wouldnt be able to drive it with wings like that XDDDD

He totally reminds me of a lion king hyena, perhaps that's why I love him so much XDDD
